Now and in the future...

After studying first year at university, my life has changed quite a lot as before I lived with my Guardian and friends, but now I lived on my own which makes me become a more independent person. Through the experiences from Year 1 last year, it also helps me to gain more knowledge about makeup and hair and by learning different techniques, it inspires me to design various looks. Also, by learning make-up and hair in history such as the Elizabethans Era and the Victorian Era in the first year, it helps me to look in depth about how cosmetics developed and transform through years in history. During Semester 2, I have written an essay about the subcultures of Korean in make-up and hair. Through gathering the research, I have learnt more about fashion and how the trend in Korea has expanded to different countries.

I have chosen make-up and special effects as part of my chosen course in second year as in the first year, we have learnt some techniques in doing special effects and I found it interesting so I want to get to know more about the skills and techniques. I'm looking forward for my second year of studies at university to develop and also improve my skills on different ranges .On below, I have set some targets for myself to do in the future.

• Do more photo shoots - improved skills
• Build up my portfolio
• Work harder than before
• Better Time Management
